Duties/Responsibilities:
Performs commercial and/or agricultural banking services for MWO customers with respect to the extension of credit and monitoring of the overall banking relationship. Examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for commercial loans and establishes the overall banking relationship through referrals of additional bank services.

Qualifications:

Job Position:
Second Vice President Retail Services Officer

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall management of the Bank's Customer Relationship Management system including all related service and sales reporting and tracking functions which support the Retail Banking Department. Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer and in coordination with the Senior Vice President, Sales & Service, administers a variety of internal operational support utilizing CRM technology. Works in coordination with several lines of business related to sales and product development. Oversees administrative functions with incentives reporting, tracking, and payments. Supervises the CRM Administrator. Provides administrative support and service as well as various project management to the Chief Operating Officer and SVP, Sales/Service ensuring that systems and reporting supports the needs of relationship bankers and ultimately, the customer. Also responsible for the Sales and Product Development for EFT products and services provided by the Account Services Department.

Qualifications:
College degree in business preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. 5-10 years of banking experience preferably in the area of operations and retail banking. Previous management experience and ability to work across various departmental teams also necessary. Effective project management abilities required. Must have a strong aptitude of various banking technologies using CRM software and FiServ bank operating systems. Strong understanding of relationship banking, marketing, compliance, and strategic retail banking.

Hours:
Full time, Excempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
High school education or equivalent is desirable. Will be expected to attend additional training programs offered internally and externally by the Bank to enhance skills and abilities. Strong customer service skills and sales abilities required. Strong communication skills required. Ability and desire to practice bank security and operational policies/procedures is necessary. A professional attitude and attire are required.

Hours:
Part-Time, Non-Exempt, 20-23 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Investor Center Administrative Assistant

Job Location:
Downtown Iowa City

Duties/Responsibilities:
Assists financial advisors and clients with matters involving client accounts. Prepares information/reports and handles departmental communications. Works on projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year or technical school, or at least nine months of related experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Licenses Series 6 and 63 are required.

Hours:
Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
